Billing rates
Leave a rate at 0 and it is simply not applied. The tax rate and what it applies to should be confirmed with your accountant or the Texas Comptroller before you turn it on. Invoice numbers advance on their own and cannot be edited, because a gap or a repeat in a numbered series is the first thing an auditor asks about.
Password reset security

Anyone requesting a password reset from the login screen must know this phrase. Set it to something only you know. If someone can't provide the phrase, the reset request won't go through.
